The family suite was spacious with a garden view, a nice plus. toiletries were well-stocked, i found it quite helpful. the staff displayed friendliness and a willingness to help. i particularly appreciated the hotel's proximity to jonker street. It was just a short walk away.
i noticed a need for minor maintenance in some areas of the hotel.

Jonker street is easily accessible. It is a convenient five-minute walk from the hotel, which i found very useful. the hotel's central position made exploring nearby attractions straightforward. parking availability near the hotel was an added benefit, especially given the narrow streets.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their service greatly enhanced my experience! the reception staff helped with taxi arrangements, which i certainly appreciated! there were discounts offered at the spa for hotel guests. That seems like a nice touch.

I booked a room for a bridal shower and the staff was so accommodating. they decorated the room as i instructed and received the bridal cake on my behalf! they prepared everything as i expected.. i am very happy with their service. i also booked a spa treatment. The spa experience was very zen, and the service extended from 9 pm until midnight! location is marvelous, shops are nearby to all the lovely nyonya restaurants, and it's a quick walk to jonker street.

This hotel had a beautiful, charming atmosphere. i found the little history room very interesting, i learned a lot about the city there. the staff helped us get taxis when we needed them, i appreciated that. the location was great, only five minutes from the market and city center. It was quiet, despite being so close to the busy streets.
the sheets were not changed daily, i noted that. the shower gel wasn't replenished at all times, i had to request it once.
